Within the limits of the designated problem specificity of classification of legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation is considered, the volume of the notion «the legal position of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation» is established, separate points at issue are revealed, and also the most vivid examples of classification of legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation are given.
